New clothing may be exchanged for store credit through our site within 15 days of receiving the item. To receive store credit all clothing that is being exchanged must have its original tags and be unworn. All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns for refund, provided store credit is valid for one year. Return shipping costs must be provided by customer.

To request a store credit for your purchase, email info@kathleendeleasa.com. Once we receive the item back, we can move forward with the exchange.
